The basic idea of Intuitibrix is the four different sides. No matter which side of the block you look at, it's always the same number. This helps solidify the understanding of the relationship between quantity and number.
In the game City of Towerbrix, the blocks become buildings. These are placed on a plan according to instructions, called exits, in the correct direction. The children need to carefully examine the individual blocks and orient themselves using a grid. This involves a lot of counting, comparing, and close observation. Even preschool children can manage this. As the difficulty increases, the plan is transferred to an empty grid, there are smaller plans, and children can discover rules in some plans.
Your child will also enjoy creating the city blocks.
